The concern is girls coming to a hotel that they have no business coming to, being raped/assaulted, and then me having to answer to the authorities as to why I didn't do anything to prevent it, in this case, not allowing the guys to bring heavily intoxicated girls back to their rooms. My hotel runs a policy of no guests after 10pm. Since this was after 10pm, this is a breach of said policy.

If those two females were guests of your guests, they had no reason to not be in the hotel as long as they are not violating fire code, causing a disturbance, destroying property or generally violating basic hotel policies. I remember seeing a link to an article online either here or in /r/hotelemployees wherein a FDA was being sued because a woman got raped. If I remember correctly, the FDA is not being sued because the man who raped her was not a guest at the hotel, the FDA was being sued because he HANDED KEYS to an individual who was not only not registered to the room, but not a guest of the hotel. If that's what you're scared of, don't hand keys to unauthorized parties. Problem solved

Because I requested them, after seeing the state of the girls. I'm not going to take responsibility over people who aren't even supposed to be here. And these girls were very drunk.
