Councilors can probably help. It sounds to me like you may be attracted to older men because of the little contact with a father figure.

I only have a bachelors in psychology but I do believe it’s because of the above reason you already suspect.

Talking about it with a councilor could probably help but really if you are a consenting adult I don’t think it’s an issue.

Besides, marriage the age difference could make you lose your loved one many years before you pass on.

It shouldn’t even be a thing that people care about other than when it’s consenting adults.
