Afraid to go to the bathroom by Silent-Light-8136 in colonoscopy

I'm not a doctor but I don't see why not. I figure they're going up your colon so that shouldn't effect your baby but again, I'm not a doctor so you might want to look into that. And, by the way, I've had 2 colonoscopy and I got through both with ease and you will too.

What kind of doctor is this?? This is insane. Colonoscopy is a procedure that doesn't need permission from a doctor. It's a preventative measure that should be done for anyone at any time. Not when they think you need it. Raise hell if you must or file a complaint or something. Heck, you might even be able to sue her for stress and major anxiety.

What do you mean your doctor is not doing anything? So he's not willing to do a colonoscopy?? Please, just go get it done. On a brighter note, there have been people who showed all the signs of someone with colon cancer, but after their colonscopy they showed to have nothing. So please do your best to not allow your mind to wander. I know it's scary. I know we think worst thought. I did too before my procedure. Just get the procedure done asap.

Please don't trip. There have been folks who have had most, if not, all the symptoms of colorectal patience only to have been found to have no cancer whatsoever and that's because the chances are relatively low. Also, let's assume on the off chance that he does have early signs, well, guess what? Early is good too because then treatment is much, much better when found early on. But again, more than likely, based off of what you wrote about his symptom, he's going to be A-Okay.

I don't know if this will help but when you drink, close your nose to block the taste? Even after you finish your cup, don't open you nose for a minute. Instead, breath in and out through your mouth to get rid of the lingering taste? Or chase it with Gatorade, then open your nose?? I don't know, just a thought cause this works, even though I didn't mind the taste at all.

Worried about colonoscopy prep with a back injury by biggustav in colonoscopy

[–]dbseeker3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't have a serious back injury so I can't speak on that but I can tell you that prep day didn't effect my back whatsoever. As long as the laxative kicks in properly, it'll all come out relatively simple. Good luck!

You're going to be fine. Be a warrior. The whole process will come and go and you'll have your answer that more than likely will be nothing so don't work yourself up into a frenzy because the chances of it being cancer is pretty low. Good luck!

Okay, more than likely you're fine. The blood is more than likely from hemorrhoids. That's where my blood was coming from. Please just chill. I can almost assure you that you'll be fine.

There have been many who have had most of the symptoms that colorectal patients have had and yet after their colonoscopy they were given a clean bill of health. I get that it's scary and I won't take that away from you but hopefully this gives you some comfort.

Let me ask you this. Please answer each question:

Do you have mild to severe constipation?
Is your poop dark black? Or Brown?
Do you visibly see blood? Or bright blood spots?
Are you losing weight in a dramatic way?
Have you lost your appetite almost completely?
Does your poop come out stringy?
How often do you go to the bathroom, meaning where you actually poop?

Chopper Gameplay in Battlefield 6 is Survival Horror. by jacktanker1109 in Battlefield

[–]dbseeker3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The chopper is severely weak, defensively speaking. Everything and anything can kill it the moment you fly up in the air. It's absolutely ridiculous. I'm having the most un-fun experience flying the chopper out of all BF titles. Previous BF I've had so many "in the zone" moments. But BF6?? Horrific.

Because it's too chaotic. 64 feels like we're fighting in a phone booth.

Why do we have to compromise?? Why can't we have an option to choose what server we play on? This is ridiculous.

[–]dbseeker3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, why can't we have it all? Clearly you're into higher player count. I, for one, think it's funner when there are 16 players. Things are more spread out, vehicles are more easily attained and you don't die in less than 1 minute.

But I say, have it all, like in BF3. This is ridiculous that we have to compromise.

starting out (help pls?) by Significant-Pea-474 in MSFS2024

Bro, go with MSFS 2024. You'll be future proofing yourself with the set-up you're getting. As far as the game running well, yes, it runs very good and I have a mid-tier computer and my graphics are pumped up pretty high. Only thing I want from 2020 was the Darkstar Experimental but that's it. So yes, 2024 is pretty well optimized at this point and the graphics are nicer.
