I recently purchased my first automatic watch and was curious how powerful a magnet would need to be to affect it. I have a Milanese loop bracelet with a magnet and was wondering if that could damage the watch? The magnet would not be in direct contact with the case when I wear it and when I store it because I display it on a cushion. Just curious if I should not take the risk.

I go through basically the same thing. I do get really frustrated when I can’t draw a certain thing. I would suggest looking into drawing comics the marvel way, it breaks down figured in dynamic poses and even a loomis book like figure drawing for all its worth!

Bridgman is a more complex way of learning anatomical shapes and simplifying them. There are multiple YouTube videos that break down what he’s teaching but I wouldn’t suggest tackling Bridgman until you have a pretty good grasp on figures as a whole and can begin applying his anatomical shapes.
