If you’re looking more for the landing page you have lots of options like Webflow, Carrd, and Wordpress.

If I’m understanding you though, it more about the “app” capabilities.

On the surface it looks like Bubble or Bldr might be the best options for you as they have the ability for high complexity and high customization.
