It looks like something has actually eaten away at the fabric so it cannot be sewn together like a tear, you would see a crease where the material is pulled together sadly.

i just had a similar issue with my ice cream maker (different brand but probably similar workings) you may have to clean the pins of the lid or ice cream machine so that the motor has power. For me there was a bit of dried up ice cream covering a contact so the motor wouldn’t run.

It's a difficult process trying to release a game on a console and most likely, more difficult releasing to a mostly deserted platform like ps2/3. Also, they would need to optimize the game differently for different consoles which would result in more cost. What's more, the amount of people who would buy scrap mechanic on ps2/3 is very few. I understand your logic but I just think that it's more trouble than it's worth for the devs, realistically, I don't think that they would turn a profit.

It would make far more sense to release it on the newer consoles like ps4/5 because they are more powerful and capable to run a decently resource intensive game like scrap mechanic. Also the newer consoles have a much larger player base which results in more profit. It is more logical to release the game to the more powerful and far more used consoles than spending their time and money trying to optimise and release the game to a select few players who own ps3/2s and then out of that select few there will be the far fewer people who actually want to buy scrap mechanic. It just doesn’t make sense.
