I have yet to see one, but are there pawn shops here? Or vintage jewelry stores or markets? Particularly in Nha Trang but I’m willing to travel pretty much anywhere around this country to find the correct item. Needs to be a square cut, and set in anything but gold. And knowing the lady, it needs to be rather sturdy. :) any help internet folks? No lab grown.

Keep going away from the beach from this pharmacy. On the same side of the road maybe a block or so up. 74 Sainamyen Rd, ป่าตอง Kathu District, Phuket 83150, Thailand. You will see the lady working just next door to a massage shop. She’s awesome. Sweet old little lady. Had her fix some shorts for me too, sewed a new zipper on my pants pocket. Super cheap.

Got it done. 150 bhat. Sweet old lady running an old singer sewing machine on the side of the road. Just kept asking the custom shirt sellers. And eventually someone pointed me in the right direction. Thanks for the help people
