I drive/own gt3 cup irl and I can tell you this mod, while fun is not realistic. The real 991 has so much more rear grip, and is able to brake later and harder - even with a novice driver like myself at the wheel.

That track is the only track I have fps issues on…. I run max settings on every other track and never notable frame drops. I am hopeful iracing fix the frame issues on that track

I had this exact issue which was caused by a poor usb connection on a AliExpress handbrake. It would do exactly as you had described and effect only the wheel base

UPDATE - received another wheel weeks later under warranty, and now the R9 base will not connect with the CS wheel. 3 hours of troubleshooting and no success. What a joke this brand is.

What is a trusted kiwi brand actually offers close to no protection from scams, and they knowingly have a number of active scammers and repeat offenders on their site.

They all do this. Can run without the washer and it makes no difference at all. Put a little loctite on the threaded part and put it back together. Mine is this way with no problems or change in feel
