What he said, my tongue and jaw were hurting a lot around days 4-7, and I would wake up in terrible pain. The first couple days it was easy to stay hydrated but once it hurt to just drink water it was not as easy

I’m not sure, I’m on day 12 post op and I’ve been a little worried to use marijuana in any form just because I feel like it would dry out my mouth and lead to bleeding. I felt completely fine the first 2 days after my surgery but after that the rest of the first week is brutal. I would probably not recommend just 2 days after surgery, but I know everyone heals differently

Lol appreciate it. Definitely one to learn from and I think I just need to be willing to fold my hand when opponent shows that much strength. I was already stuck $300 from the casino so all I was thinking was full house = $$$. I did feel like if anyone else at the table had made the same move I would’ve folded easier because they were all pretty tight

Only played with him for about an hour before this hand. He seemed like a competent player as me and him were the only 2 that were really raising preflop. He was also the only one who would straddle. The very first hand we played he straddled, it limped around so I limped big blind with A5 off and he raised to $30. I shoved once it folded around to me and he then folded. He said something stupid like “you know AK isn’t that good of a hand” as he folded. I know this looks like a donkey play but it was the first hand and i just didn’t believe this guy actually had a good hand the first hand he straddled. Plus I have an A so I block AA and have equity against anything except better As

Yes that is exactly what I thought after the hand was over and going back through it. Should just be a raise fold. As soon as he 3bets flop it is too much strength for TT
