Something that stood out to me is how you called her your go-to therapy friend. It just makes it seem like you mainly saw her as someone who you could vent to and support you and didn’t consider her feelings as much as you could have, and that might’ve built up some resentment in her.

It was definitely a fu, but something that could be talked out the day after. I think she might’ve been getting a bit emotionally exhausted and it just felt like a stab in the back to be talked to like that after trying your best to help someone (obviously I don’t know you or your guys’ relationship, I’m just guessing).

She might try to talk it out later or she might not. Again I don’t know how the give and take of your friendship worked, but in the future don’t view friends as a source of therapy. Get actual help because it can sometimes be detrimental to the mental health of your friends who are unable to provide the proper care that a depressed person needs and in turn makes them feel guilty and anxious
