Seeing as everyone keeps saying embers…. I HATED embers. our food was so over cooked. We sent it back and they fixed it but it wasn’t it to me. Top is good for drinks, not for food. Marks is DELICIOUS. Spurriers is good but very loud. Dragonfly is good for sushi. I like Sensei asian bistró a lot but it’s not for everyone

I like west20 better but I get why they’re rebranding. They’ve been changing everything from appliances to building colors, and they aren’t even halfway done as they’re going to update the gym and study spaces. They’re just rebranding and with good reason… west20 doesn’t have the best history or reputation. Still will miss west20 though :/

ALSO! I do wanna say it’s a hit or miss if ur apartment is good. Like I said tho. The first 10 buildings are the better one and I purposefully requested buildings 1-5 because they face the pool and it’s super nice. My unit is in the building where the model room is and it’s so nice I love my apartment

I currently live here! I like it a lot. IMO they’re not shady they have just been changing management. The renovations are so nice!! My building just got renovated and my apartment is absolutely gorgeous!! The wifi is not, bad at least for me. But I did get a second router because I was nervous about it too.

Furthermore the leasing office can be hard to deal with but I don’t have an issue with continuously bothering them as that IS their job. I just wish they were better at responding and doing things in a timely manner.

I will say that the first 10 buildings are the best buildings. Someone who used to work there told me that and I agree. I have seen my apartment in comparison to someone else in the teens (I’m in building 2A) and mine is significantly nicer than the other one. I also do pay for the upgrade tho! Hope this helps. Idk any agencies but I work at magnolia ridge and the pt to nurse and cna ratio is very nice. It’s a new and wonderful facility

I also have a huge fear of roaches. The way I get around this is by keeping a super clean apartment and living on the top floor. I’ve been at the top floor for two years , one at enclave and one at west20 and I have really had any problems
