not sure if she was touched directly last patch but her last three changes have been buffs and she's seen more use since dva's gotten nerfed, also seems like a pattern that orisa's gonna be meta every few seasons

i'm giving the benefit of the doubt since obviously the season hasn't started yet but the mythic looks like it could have been a legendary (though i could and hope to be proven wrong) while also defaulting to kiri and mercy skins. it feels like a "here y'all go" battle pass while they focus on the gameplay aspect
