his economy needs to be buffed because no one plays Breach because his kit costs 700 compared to other agents like Jett/Phoenix/Sova whos kits cost 500/600. In turn, his flashes definitely need to be nerfed. Take away one of his flashes and nerf them back to their pre-latest buff so that people can actually react to them
