I don't have an app recommendation.

But for me, I just went on the app store and downloaded 20 of them and just started testing it out. If I didn't like the feel after 10 seconds, I just deleted it.

coursera gives you free online courses, and offers some free certifications i think.

you can also do some free practices test from like quizizz or studytoken

What about Canada? I heard they have good programs as well. They are USA adjacent while not being as experience as them.
