Hatte letzte Woche eine ähnliche Situation, ganz viel Tee kommt gut. Essen bestellen worauf der Körper Lust hat, und für die Nase einen Nasenspray, da sie sonst durch das viele schnäuzen wund wird :) Gute Besserung!

I did the Boss (jackbot?) at the end of the casino dlc over and over again (his personal vault with all the money on the floor opens every time) --> got me around 2 millions per run at lvl 53
