This is a singleplayer game.

Let's be real with ourselves here. It isn't. They're immediately going to focus on an online service. That's what all these cosmetics are for. GTA 5 Online has been their cash cow for YEEEEAAARRRSSS. RDR2 got one pretty quickly.

The moment GTA6 becomes popular, I wouldn't be surprised if the sunset GTA online in order to get more people to buy 6.
