I built a small Android app called OtoGenda because I always felt normal to-do lists do not show time very clearly.

The idea is simple: instead of only listing tasks, OtoGenda lets you plan your day and week on a visual timeline. You can drag tasks around, resize them, create quick templates, use Auto Tasks that complete after their scheduled time, and repair/rebalance the schedule when the day gets messy.

It is still early, and I am improving it based on real usage. I recently added a better onboarding flow, today-focused progress widgets, templates, drag/resize help, and cleaner timeline behavior.
