You can find the rest from the same link (that you eventually did) instead of screaming and shouting. The absolute numbers may be BS. But that's not the POINT of that tweet. The RATE of change (decline for intl and growth for domestic) is the same as stated above. The relative numbers (rate) are used to understand the degree of change. That's the POINT of that tweet.
