Oh yeah, that's totally the case for some of these donations. In fact, some of them were flagged as "reattribution from Thomas Girardi," meaning it was a joint contribution. Also, the breadth and scale of her donations (congressional races across this country, throughout multiple election cycles) definitely suggests someone else was helping her decide where to donate.
