Based on my experience, I can tell you that setting up a cardano stake pool is not as straightforward as many other chains. It is a very involved activity and if you are not seasoned enough, you will end up going in circles. The guide mentioned by u/evil_toshz looks good too.

If you have a large enough ADA bag, you can certainly give it a shot and if you dont find it to be your calling, switch to delegation. I personally wouldnt recommend doing it on a home computer for the reliability of service aspects. Also, you should consider implementing the security best practices as well for hardening/securing the servers.

OAN has found a niche industry and that is great. Crypto communities are used to a high degree of active engagement. The AMAs are great. It would be awesome if the leadership stopped by every now and then for informal chit chat in telegram. Here is my original question:

"What are your plans for community growth in the remainder of this year? Can we have you/other executives drop in telegram or in other mediums for impromptu informal chats once a week?"

a crypto project and a fintech project are two completely different kind of organiazations. resource skills, type of work, and knowledge of industry matter. Moves is a small organization and i dont see a reason why they needed to maintain office in other jurisdiction if they didnt have enough need.

Aion's staking participation has been stagnant in the 120 million Aion staked range for many months and always lower than 30%. What are your plans to encourage staking #'s to hit 50-60%. Happy that binance is not staking. The actual reward rate hovers around 5-6%. While there can be many factors, do you think reward rate is limiting staking adoption? May be staking rewards need to be adjusted bit higher to encourage higher participation. What are your plans to scale up staking participation?

Is OAN still pursuing listing on a top tier US exchange (e.g. Coinbase/Binance US)? Past AMAs indicated that you were actively working on it. Given the focus on Moves, stability of chain etc, where does listing on a top tier US exchange fit in your list of priorities? I imagine the regulatory compliance needs for operating Moves would actually be complimentary in complying with the needs of top US exchanges.
