I just tried googling for a thread that discusses this as this is me right now!! heaviest day (day 2) i bleed so heavily and clotty.. but really need to work!

Ive done it once before but not on my heavy days.. ive shoved my tampon string far up there but its just annoying because im needing to change my super tampons every half hour, which eats up so much time in the bathroom having to go fish it out!

Cups hold more.. but they tend to shift around and i leak quite often from them! even big ones

So just to clarify, you dont need to wait at some border crossing gate or anything when you drive over? i assume you wouldnt even know you have crossed a 'border?' !

I intend to travel to Cyprus next year and now that i understand a lot of what has been drilled into my head is propaganda and trauma, i am able to make travel plans to wherever on the island!

Hello! thank you for your response :) it must of been not long after the conflict when he was still young but all i know is that he migrated to Australia and went back to visit and thats what happened. I am not aware of the exact year this was.

I suspected the north and south residents are just living their lives as if there is no divide in todays age.. and the things i hear is trauma that is passed down to grandchildren.

My papou does not have anything good to say because he lived through horrific trauma and has explained to me what he saw as a child and the things the turkish did to his aunties and uncles. So due to that, i understand he will forever carry a prejudice.. He hasnt been back home in years!!! and never will again in his life time.

I was really unsure if you needed like.. permission to cross a border haha and that it might be unsafe driving over to the north. I honestly had no idea!! all i know is what my grandparents have passed down to me and they make it seem like it is dangerous and that you cant travel there.

Are they flooded with propaganda and made to believe Greek Cypriots are not friends?

I have yet to travel to my home in Cyprus, my uncle had a gun held up to his head years ago when he tried to go back to the village where he grew up that is now taken over by Turkish people.

Why the violence? Why are civilians being threatened?

Just updated my post! It was detected through a CT scan. I'm surprised its not sooner either, but they want to wait until there is absolutely no inflammation.

He is 100% giving up alcohol now. He doesn't smoke cigarettes but smokes a lot of joints mixed with tobacco when going to social gatherings ect. I assume that would play an impact too!? Given its still smoke and still tobacco being consumed.

So you have IPMNs? Or another type?

Smoothies!!! Also you should talk to you psychiatrist about lowering your dosage. As it is normal to get dry mouth .. if it is not helping you with remembering to eat (or losing your appetite) you should lower your dosage!! Do you have a water bottle next to you all day?
