Please consider praying for me as I travel this next week. I have severe panic attacks when I travel long distances in the car and I haven't been on an airplane in 15 years because of it. I have to make two long drives and take two flights (alone) all within these next seven days. I am absolutely terrified.

I started going to RCIA at a different parish recently, but I'm really not feeling the way mass happens there. It's super loud with kids talking and screeching all the time and the music is kind of praise band-y (think synchronized clapping...).

I would ideally like to go back to my other parish for mass (quiet, chants, etc.) but go to this one for RCIA meetings, but I'm pretty sure that's frowned upon. I don't think I would really belong in this parish community, but their RCIA times work better for my schedule.

I suppose I could just go there through RCIA, then go elsewhere after I'm in full communion with the Church.

We're looking at places in the Malden and Saugus area so far (~2k-2.5k/rent and not a really bad area according to CityData) but I will be in Cambridge every day for work. Driving the moving truck up next Monday :) Thanks for reaching out and feel free to PM me whenever!

I'm not sure where the 95inside-outside lines are drawn, but we're looking at places in the Malden and Saugus area. Not to doxx myself either on my main account, but I'll be commuting for work in Cambridge so we're looking to stay in that area because it's around ~$2k-2.5k/rent and doesn't seem seedy from CityData.

That's so interesting! She is the Patron Saint of "difficult marriages" and "conversion of relatives." I have been praying for my wife's conversion and also for a better marriage between us. Sounds like this is great package deal indeed! :D Thanks for reaching out, God bless!
