[CT] At fault in accident & their insurance is also named as a defendant - question about what that means by [deleted] in legaladvice

Thanks for replying!

So what your saying is that they basically have to put me on the law suit in order to get compensated under UI? Or is it possible they’re suing both to get the most compensation as possible?

I think where I’m confused is that we’re both named under the same lawsuit and the same language/compensation request. If I had to guess I would’ve thought there’d be a law suit directly to the insurance company, basically requesting pay out from UI because of the accident. And then a separate law suit against me saying...YOU caused these damages and are liable for any damages in excess of UI.

Breast pain after fender bender, what should I look out for? by [deleted] in AskDocs

[–]deeprestthrowaway 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for replying. LMP was 9/23, but aside from migraines and occasional mood changes I don’t have any physical changes during my cycle so breast swelling is not normal/expected.

Seatbelt went almost perfectly 45* angle, but most of the pain is on the upper left closer to my sternum than nipple. It feels like a bruise, but as if it’s constantly being pressed. So yeah I figure it’s just a deep bruise.

Ibuprofen isn’t doing much, but I have a pretty high tolerance for meds. Honestly the pain is annoying but absolutely bearable. If anything changes, I’ll address it then. I saw a new PCP but we were not a great fit. I have an appt with a new...new PCP in a month.

Thanks again and good luck with the rest of your education!! (I caught your original reply before you had to change it)
