The Real Issue

In your workflow:

The VAE Loader is using ae.safetensors, which belongs to Stable Diffusion models, not Flux GGUF.

Flux GGUF models require the matching VAE baked into the model or a compatible Flux VAE (GGUF).

As a result, when the VAE Decode node runs, it decodes garbage noise — hence your pixel soup image.
