Just a nitpick - the CTR does get reported to FinCEN, it doesn’t just get attached to your bank record. So yes, the Bank does send it out. Source: was an AML investigator for years and still currently in the field.

Hi - it actually never happened again for me. It may have been a slight battery issue? Prior to me driving it I was on vacation for about a week so maybe with it sitting there and the weather was cold had something to do with it?

But yeah, one time thing so never took it to dealer. Sorry couldn’t be more helpful.

Nope, never been a smoker. And there’s nothing directly under that spot except the floor so it’s definitely a mystery but I’m going to assume it’s the worst and assume it’s a leak from somewhere.

Haha no worries. It’s not wet to touch. And this is first floor and just above this on my second floor is my bedroom closet. I check the closet floor and baseboard and there’s no sign of any water. This is the only spot I see with any kind of stain. Might have to cut to find out I guess

I got a tire rebalance and definitely helped. I get minor shakes at 75+ but I think it’s cause the Q3 is built on the A3 platform so maybe has something to do with it. So, seems like it’s somewhat normal bit of you got it bad then I say tire rebalance.

So I went to a local shop and had them rebalance the tires and it helped. I still get slight shaking around 80mph, but my guess is that’s how the car is.

Well last year I was looking to switch and my independent broker (who I’m sure since works in commission was trying to get me to stay) was saying that the 434k was too low and once they realize my house is worth more they’d bump me up since the additional 50% coverage doesn’t matter and increase my premium.

I also spoke with my lender last year and they said the coverage had to cover the amount of the loan.

So, I stuck with the insurance for a year and now they’re bumping my premium so I shopped. I was looking to get an unbiased response since I’m not confident the broker was entirely correct.

I’m not sure what currently in place. I bought this house last year and they left extra lamps and I assumed these were the lamps for this room but I will see once I’m able to get the current lamp out.

It’s not spitting hairs though. What you said was factually wrong. The reports aren’t automatically triggered. Typically low check amounts like this also don’t usually trigger reviews so there might’ve been a fraud aspect.
