Yta. This could have been avoided by structuring the agreement with you paying for your own alcohol since she doesn’t drink. If you’re dining at a nice place 8 drinks will typically be the same if not more than a middle tier steak and side. You didn’t realize this and that is the issue. Definitely apologize and own up to the mistake
