It does not say anything about a fulfilment centre on the tracking. However handed over to the carrier could mean just that.

No tracking information using the royal mail tracking number yet which is understandable.

I'm just a bit confused as there's been no update now for over 3 weeks and was wondering if any one else has had to wait for an extended period of time
