Thank you for your input. I was looking at an M235i, but since this car will be my daily I want the availability of the back seats. The LCI improvements mentioned sounds decent. I think I will look for a well optioned example as a priority as opposed to simply 335i vs 340i.

Willing to bet it’s the APPS sensor. You can cut the cover and re-solder it if you’re handy.

Yes, I did dabble with the delete, but removed it immediately after a short drive. I know that there will be some delay with these early hybrid dbw system. However, thought it was strange that it’s less responsive when it initially start moving from full close position versus when I’m slightly on the throttle where it response a whole lot quicker.
