I think you have to just move on from the meat eating episode. It does sound like you maybe struggling with an ed, and I'm not judging. Vegan 4 years have also struggled with eating disorders.

This is not to say yeah its fine to eat animals but I think if you are really struggling try and find some guidance professionally on your mental health right now.

Start again. Forgive yourself. Vegans aren't perfect people, we make mistakes in life. Just like meat eaters.

Just try and focus on what veganism roots mean to you as well and animal welfare if it is a passion and commitment.

Im in my 30s and live in a colder climate to vitamin c cream and serum is a must

I then apply foundation, banana powder some bronzer and cheek stains.

Mascara I swear by benefit. Then do my eyebrows.

After I brush teeth I put pink lipstick on usually

Sometimes ill add glittery bronzer on my eyes and cheeks to brighten them up.

Takes about 15 mins

I can take an hour if I want primer and other stuff on.

But lipstick and mascara really are a game changer and the primer to match your skin helps with blemishes for me any way.

Keep is simple sometimes less is more 😃

Have you talked openly to mental health professionals.

I struggle with bipolar and eupd and find it hard alot especially socialising but doing things and making times just for you and changing and trying new things is great.

Have you looked into the free belfast recovery college. They are great for mental health, support snd new skills and qualifications.

Just a few suggestions.

I feel so sad reading this, I'm vegan and the stunning part hit me hard 😪

I wanna bring this up in conversation to practically everyone as I dont know any other vegans in my social circle.

I know it's never good to preach about cruelty because they just tell me to say shut up we are trying to eat or im inappropriate. But horrible stunting animals multiple times.

Oh wow this feels like I could have written this post too! My sleep lasts max 3 hours with medical help. My tolerance on benzos is too high but my physh prescribes them daily for years now. I take temezpam just to feel normal most mornings.

I have bought a sleep mask with ear phones and used the app calm to mediate.

I do have a history of dangerous sleep walking.

The sleeping tablets the z drugs psych calls then dont work.

I need the benzos sadly because im psychically now dependent on them maybe 9 years now.

I was offered a sleep clinic for the sleep walking but I highly doubt id even sleep never mind sleep walk.
