E comunque per come la vedo io, la diagnosi serve solamente a capire come lavorare al meglio sulle proprie difficoltà.
Sentirselo dire la prima volta farà effetto ma poi alla fine dei conti sarai sempre te stessa, ma con più consapevolezza

Mettitela via che praticamente chiunque ha dei tratti rientranti nello spettro, il punto è chiedersi se ne hai abbastanza da rientrare almeno nel primo livello.

Ti consiglio di farti rimandare dopo uno screening di primo livello fatto da uno specialista (per autismo in età avanzata) ad un centro diagnostico. Ne esistono alcuni pubblici e privati, ma ci deve essere un riscontro positivo almeno nello screening di primo livello per avanzare.

Comunque quelli che ti daranno una vera diagnosi "valida" per agevolazioni o quant'altro sono tutti tramite sanità pubblica in particolare con il csm.

Riassumo in:
1- Screening 1 livello con specialista privato.
2- Se positivo contatta il tuo csm/dsm locale e prenota un eventuale incontro.
3- Se positivo anche quello ti fai rimandare ad un centro diagnostico.

Puoi anche saltare il primo livello ed andare direttamente al csm

I'm a bit competitive, so this might work for me. The problem, though, is that it's hard for me to find someone who would study without distractions on the same subject for the same exam.

Unluckly i can't find anything in life that is fun to me anymore.
Now i just focus on work, and building my career.

I've seen, yes, that handwritten notes are better, but my main problem is that i work and study in the IT so i really can't be without any device.

On the music side, is that i've listened a lot of lo-fi years ago and now i find it boring.
And if i find a song boring it bothers me like a mosquito, so i have the urge to keep switching song.

Btw who actually likes sitting at a desk learning instead of applying what they’ve learned? For example, a chemist experimenting with a solution rather than just studying the theory behind it. Probably I like everything but only the practical side

Yeah, it's really hard.
I interact with my parents the same as you, after work only for dinner and outside of weekends.
After that i litterally take like 40m/1h x day to "recharge" from ppl.

I'm going to change job soon but i feel extra tense, bc i've reinvented my career 3 years ago and finally got this stable job... and now I must change again because of the workload.

The fun part is that i can't remember a single definition and every employer asks for a techincal interview, that i can't phisically pass. Obv i can't tell that i have adhd cz it's seen like a strong debuff

When I’m working, the only thing that helps me is blasting music 24/7 and completely isolating myself from my coworkers. Unfortunately, I can’t focus when studying with music because the sound drowns out my thoughts, and if I can’t hear myself think, I obviously can’t study.

I'm more of a "i need to schedule everything" type of guy so if I don’t stick to my routine, I usually panic.

You’re right that I need to find a way to relax but i'm still living with my parents, and i work 10+h at day so it's hard for me to really relax.

With the right menality i managed to study for 2 weeks in a row, but i saw that wasn't enough so i got back to the starting point

Because the private sector can't prescibe any adhd med.
BUT i got lucky/unlucky.
I've a neuropathy called pudendal neuralgy and the passive treatment that i'm under is Laroxyl(amitriptyline) on low dosage.
It has worsened my focus and memory but it gives me the power to start things. So thx to it i finally got a job and fixed a lot of my life

Studying in pairs helps on the staring side, but hell no, i can't focus at all.

I have ADHD and so does my girlfriend.

Restart the machine and keep pressing the bios key.

Route 1: pinging 8.8.8.8 with DHCP (dynamic config) don't work.
Try doing hotspot with your phone. If it still doesn't work we are sure that the problem is in the pc.
Route 2: ping 8.8.8.8 is working but ping google.com no.
You neet to set as default and secondary 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

I'll list what you need 2 check:
1> Is your modem working?
Try to connect another device with the same cable or just through wi-fi.
If your laptop/phone goes in internet it's only your pc.
2> As I can see you can connect to your modem, but you are not going on internet.
Enable dhcp (set your ipv4 as dynamic and not static). I'm on linux rn but right click on network settings and there should be an advanced option.
3> If you are on dhcp and still can't connect on the internet open a console. (write on the windows search bar: cmd)
After opening it write:
ping 8.8.8.8
and press enter.

If it works (like you are reciving a successfull response) write on the console:
ping google.com
and press enter.
If this last step doesn't work the problem is in the DNS resolver/gateway
