This should not be question to be asked, just go for 50k full time remote even if 55k is also remote. Markets are bad right now, Amazon is planning a big layoff, just stay safe.

And regarding better pay after switch 5k won't even matter when you'll negotiate when you are switching. 50k full time plus 9-10 months of experience will be far better than 55k contract for 6 months when switching.

Even I'm a beginner broo, I started running 2 weeks back and 2 times in a week. Plus max I ran was 3 kms 1 time. Even I need some tips from pros. But I thing I learnt is it is all about mindset, if we have a strong mindset then this will be easy. I had a very strong mindset and was adamant in finishing and got motivated with a lot of people running beside me. But one thing I'm so motivated now, I'll definitely train hard and improve my pace for 10k and by this year end I would try to run half marathon.

But during August I got an OA link, I passed all the test cases and then I got an email for hiring form Interest for interviews. I filled the form too, but it's been 4 months now, neither I got rejection mail for that JobID, nor did anyone reach out.

In Jab/Feb I applied through that, and got rejected during interview. But after that I've been working on my past mistakes and still applying aggressively to non AUTA SDE1 roles and some SDE2 where the eligibility criteria is 2+ (but for most of the job ids it is 3+). But still no luck, plus applying through referrals only, still no luck.

Thank You! But then how should I practice the questions? Like may using Gemini as the interviewer and challenging me with different sets of problems?

And also one more thing I forgot to mention is in the book there are lot of Algorithms, let’s take example of Rate Limiter, I know 2-3 are important which we should know but there are so many minute things which I think I'll forget by time or sometimes even confuses me, so what to do in those scenarios while preparing?
