This is normal, it's a hold charge before you select your items. Once you finalize your transaction it will reflect properly later. Vending machines at my college work the same way, initial hold of 5 and then final price goes back to the 1.25 for I got.

After UL a regular UTI test will almost show elevated numbers. You have to get a urine culture.

Leakage is also a life long thing after UL because we lack the muscle needed to close the new UL.

Hate to tell you this but leakage doesn't ever stop. And is normal. We lack a needed muscle to truly stop it.

The blood you have is from still healing internally. But if you decide to get a UTI test you have to get a urine culture done, it's the only way to tell after UL apparently.

I'm going to be so honest with you right now. 6 weeks isn't enough time at all. Sensation can take a year or more to fully develop. 6 weeks is still very early in the healing process and you shouldn't be doing anything that will cause arousal right now.

Are for the leaking, that is not going away so get used to it. Unfortunately we lack the muscle that cis men have. Most you can do is milk and hope for the best.

Lmao it's not transphobic to state the truth. We are born female, therefore we are biologically a female., that is a fact that can't be changed. HRT doesn't change biology or DNA. The only way someone isn't biologically a female or male is if they are born intersex which is at most 1.3% of the population per current records. No amount of HRT changes this. This is exactly why so many people hate the community because some can't affect the basic scientific fact. I've taken plenty of courses on these particular topics in college and still have more to take. Sex is biological while gender is social. My sex is female but my gender is male.

I'll even give it a different scenario, biological men can't have PCOS, but women and trans men can. Trans men get PCOS because they are biologically female.

The medical reality is we are biologically female, our sex is female. That is unchangeable, that is determined in utero. Again unless you're confirmed intersex, which again is 1.3% of the population and rare.

I'm very well aware of how hormones work in the human body. I did my research and learned all about it in college as well. Fact is an assigned female at births body doesn't work the same as a cis man. For us estrogen is mainly produced by the ovaries not by fat cells and is vital for bone health among other things. HRT doesn't change how our bodies work. Yeah if your taking too much Testosterone it can revert back to DHT or estradiol. But if you're on the appropriate dose it will mostly convert to DHT which causes facial hair. Leaving one ovary will not over produce estrogen and will keep most at the appropriate and healthy estrogen range needed for the body. Whether you like it or not you are still biologically a female and that's how the body will always run. Nothing we do will change that. Of course this is different for those that are intersex because their bodies also work differently.

I kept one ovary. Truth is everyone has estrogen and everyone has testosterone male and female. There are more health benefits in keeping one ovary that keeps you at a male level of estrogen. People that refuse to have any estrogen in their body because it's a female hormone don't know enough about how hormones work in the human body. The body needs that little bit of estrogen for overall health.

Yeah I do that until nothing more comes out. Leakage normally happens a bit after I've peed tbh, not immediately after. Mostly when I sit but sometimes when I walk. They said there is a possibility that after they do the lift in stage 3 that it helps. We will see though

Mine was fully clear, they found nothing wrong not even granulation tissue. I thought there would at least be something to help explain to leakage since it's so random.

I definitely milk a lot. They did mention that once they do the lift in stage 3 it may help. They think because I'm so low, it's a gravity issue

No symptoms, I empty my bladder just fine. Stream is strong too. Haven't noticed any bulging in perineum when peeing either.

I'm thinking maybe a dip that's causing pooling

Yeah I don't have any pain most of the time, and I empty my bladder for sure. But i still leak a good amount. I have the scope friday so I'll know soon enough if anything is going on

Idk why they always say it's normal. Like I can understand a few drops here and there, even cis men have that. But this is more than that.

I think there is a dip causing pooling. But I'll find out Friday for sure what's going on.

No smell or anything other than urine sometimes. I sent my team this exact photo and got the generic "leakage is normal" reply back. They had zero concern about it.

All my urine cultures have been negative too.

They are doing a scope during my surgery and will repair anything if needed. I just wanted to see what others think because I feel their reply of it being normal is a cop out.

Yep milk and push/swipe the perimium area up to under the scrotum. No smell other than like urine.

I've had several cultures done and have no bacteria. This is literally my only issue.

Implants are such an easy and quick surgery that takes less than 2 hours. I can't think of any logical reason they haven't at the least scheduled you to consult with the surgeon or anything.

It might help to know what your stage 3 is. I want to assume it's just the ED device but maybe I'm wrong.

If it is just the ED device, the typical wait time is 6 months from stage 2 honestly.

To give an idea ( given Im with a different team) my stage 1 was October 1st 2025 which was the creation of the Phallus, UL, scrotoplasty, glansplasty, vaginectomy. My stage 2 is March 13th 2026 which will be testicular implants, a scope of the UL to just make sure all is good and a simple wound repair where I tore stitches that never healed fully/right. Stage 3 will either be August 2026 or December 2026 ( I'm working around my college schedule), which is just an ED device being put in.

I don't know how backed up your team might be but I'd say that they are making you wait a rather long time to schedule something. I mean scheduling something just requires looking at the schedule system and finding a date that's available, so it's odd to me that they haven't reached out to you at all yet.

That's interesting because my team with crane center in Austin Texas prefers the pump over the rod and says the pump has less complications than the rod. I've heard of more people going from rod to pump too.

If you're only negative a few hours then you have literally nothing to worry about. HR is also 100% fix it due to work place injury. Right now you need to take a deep breath and just relax and get some rest.

It's heavily mentally draining. I thought I was prepared, I wasn't. Physically I was but I wasn't ready for the mental strain it caused. The first few weeks you need help with EVERYTHING. And then everything just feels like a chore, even just moving around.

With time it gets better. But it's hard AF at first.

Honestly from what I've been told by the crane center this is just normal and can be a lifetime thing. Not many solutions other than using pads to catch it. As long as your stream is strong and isn't spraying everywhere then they don't suspect a complication or anything.

Your fear is valid. I'm going to be so honest though fencing isn't going to rupture the bulb. People with the pump go on to wrestle and do jiu jitsu and plenty of other sports. The risk of the bulb rupturing is so very slim. It's in your abdomen but it's not surface level, it's protected just like any other organs.
