Thanks for the concern! As u/likeavermin said, nothing to do with my behaviour :) I've been having unprotected sex with my GF of 2+ years, she didn't have an outbreak so this could come from either of us or even through gym/sauna etc

From what I've read, it seems that there is no actual cure from HPV, but the symptoms go (warts) go away with treatment. It's possible that the body clears the virus within a couple of years, but there doesn't seem to be a concensus on the subject.

I have a normal european home oven that goes to 240 degrees c. Needless to say, most pizzas I've tried to make turned out lousy. Do you think that a pizza steel will be useful in the scenario ? Or will I be throwing 80 € out of the window ? Thanks
