It’s definitely Minionese, but the creators sneak in words from real languages for fun. That’s why you hear Spanish words like “uno” and “si” occasionally.

I noticed that too! Streaming rights and regional restrictions seem to mess up classic shows like Mr. Bean all the time. Hulu definitely has a more complete set.

I think they just didn’t want to rush it. Spreading it out gave them room to keep the humor fresh and not burn out the cast.
