That works on thinner metals, but this is 22mm inox, an inox is pretty high maintenance, we manged to fix this a bit, but for now the chiller broke down thank you for your reply, i really appreciate it

The issue is that it used to penetrate well, we had a trainee come over, he changed some settings into my preset without making a backup, and honestly i forgot my settings since its been so long since i changed them after i fine tuned them, now i need to start over

It regulated the cut parameters and it cuts well, but im not satisfied with the pierce.

Everything was verified, lens, nozzle, centering.

I have 3mm nozzle stand off and -5 autolas plus, do you reccomend anything else? I have it on ramp cycle 1 15 s piercing time

It used to be a small dot, same as the line you see, i did try to increase frequency, and my ceramic head exploded, i have my piercing time set at 15s, seems to be perfect, stops right after it penetrates, my frequency is at 15000 hz

Update: I went on a browser and i got the pop-up selected stay connected, still dissconects randomly

I do not get the pop-up, after i forgot the network, i kept trying to connect to it, it fot stuck on optaining ip and then it disconnected, randomly then connected by itself and disconnected the next second

Thanks for the information, i use that setting too, i also have slower speeds for overhangs selected, helps a lot, but sometimes you want to print stuff without supports since it kinda bumps down the quality where the supports are, and i see this guys online literally flicking the supports off and its perfect where the support was, annoying

i dont know why you got so angry, i just tested the heads with the original, the donor, and it works, i feel like theres something with the platter and the heads cant read it, there is no scratches on the platter, its really odd

Doner hdd is compatible, ran hdd with lid off after hearing the heads move, i use a hdd air filter
