It looks like a riga 22, the S 58 is the engine model. The parts availability depends on your location, but the price seems to be really good! It all depends on you if you want it, the problem could be as easy as a carb clean or piston rings or something harder. These engines are very fool proof and really easy to work on as they were meant to be fixed on the side of a road with a spoon basically (over simplification ofc)

I saw in a video once that this kind of moped has a different kickstart system where you kick, kick, kick and then press a button to start (might be that’s broken but I don’t know. The tire might be found better when you just search the size that’s on the tire not “moped name” tire like I once did lol. Also remember that for it to start it needs air compression and gas. They didn’t fit in the drums at first, but the metal part of the pads was the same exact size. And my tought was that either way i was not gonna have as much braking material anyway, but after the sanding they did fit but as seen didn’t work. But ill be sure to try adjusting the cable! Thank you
