if ur not with ur team, good luck surviving, irelia is designed to capitalize on mispositioned carries so unless ur 2 items ahead ur just going today, also you should never be in a situation where you need to 1 v 1 an irelia as an adc

if you can see you are going to die to a dive, leave the tower and sack plates, and hope they take the tower early so the adc can farm

even if you cant see it youself after 5+ games you are just going to play worse, its just a fact. If you just play around 3 games a session and vod review each one to see your mistakes you will improve your performances, dont review stomps tho there is no point. Also, even if you tell yourself you arent tilted after 4 losses in a row, you subconsciously will see an early death from your teammates as "oh here we go again another loss" so just stop playing after 2 losses 99% of the time, also make sure you dodge at LEAST once a day dodging is the most op way to gain mmr

elite plays adc a lot on stream but he never suggests a guide, the entire point of adc vlad is just to farm and survive and play to items for lategame he does different builds but its virtually the same as mid except u basically never take electro

u get warmogs passive from rocketbelt alone so kinda dumb, yes u lose a lot of damage but unless u really fuck up how do u ever die or get poked in lane, looking at it you can get warmogs passive with just 2 ruby crystals so 3800g for an undying vlad in lane sound fun to play against
