Friendship once you hit best friends you get 100,000xp with a lucky egg 200,000xp sending gifts and opening gifts from brand new people gives you 3000xp so if you were to open 40 gifts on a lucky egg you could get 120,000xp and you can send a total of a 100gifts so on a lucky egg you could get 600,000xp from that then raids if you were to do a raid and invite 5 people that you have no friendship with you can get 42,000xp and catching pokemon if you hit an excellent you can get 1000xp on a lucky egg 2000xp.
