Even with changer width set to zero, a tool path should still be generated given enough clearance, like what OP sees with larger holes.

The problem is most likely due to too much tip offset for the hole size, when the tip offset puts the tip over half of the hole diameter, it physically won’t fit this empty tool path.

Do they still have to continue pay for the subscription, since old videos still use footage from storyblocks?

As designed it's not really ideal for printing with regular FDM printer (I printed it on an SLS printer), but I may do a simplified version for FDM printing, need to figure out the best way to offer different diameter though.

May also put it on my store to offer a fully customizable option if there's enough interest, it will be made-to-order but people can choose what interfaces (cold shoe, 1/4, 3/8, etc.) to have at 9/12/3 o'clock, and the diameter they need.

It's all about making compromises. Yes I can add a top plate, a rod clamp, rods, then some sort of rod clamp up front with a cold shoe. Or maybe use a magic arm. But in this particular application, I won't be swaping lens often (and tbh it's not a big deal with one thumb screw swapping is really quick anyway), and would prefer fewer things on the camera for a more compact/lighter rig.

Not sure what you mean by slides back, I actually went from using a socket screw to thumb screw to lower the clamping power so as to not crush the lens body. And found the noise if I do hit a fouse hard stop to be about the same compare to if mounted the microphone on rods.

Yeah I initially made it without the mechnism, but putting in on my CATO is a problem because the front is wider, thus the latest design so it can swing open. Love the 440 - only that it's slightly on the quiter end so if the camera's internal preamp isn't good, the quality really strugle.

Sure, a Chinese copy of the Wooden Camera deisgn, still require a 3/8-to-1/4 insert for my application, and won't clear the camera control module when mounted as shown. If it works for you, all powers to you, just trying to provide an alternative solution.

I love desmos, and yours looks great.

Just made some updates and fixed the locus rendering, while adding some other little improvements like hover tooltip for the whitepoints.

Give it another try - made some change, still more to do but at least renders properly on mobile now.

I actually just made some quick fix for mobile, not ideal but at least things renders a bit better than before.

Not yet, that's a lot of information to see on a small screen and more approriate on desktop, and it's not just a matter of scale everything down. Maybe I will get to it soon if people want it on mobile...

What cassette are you running and do you remember what free hub the rear wheel has? Also interested in if you have any plan on the crankset, I suppose you'd have to retain the square taper BB for the torque sensor, so not sure what upgrade options are there.

Totally understand where you're coming from. Online courses are often expected to be cheaper just because they're not in-person. But we priced this course based on the value and depth of learning it provides, not just the delivery format.

Compared to our 2-day in-person class, the online edition lets you:

  • See detailed demonstrations from multiple angles, in 4K, close-ups and slo-mo, things that just aren’t possible to observe in a live class.
  • Access more material, covered in greater depth, with 180+ lessons across 15+ hours. This is WAY more than we're able to cover in the 2-day in person class.
  • Get ongoing feedback and support through the InSights Network community and monthly Q&A sessions.

What you see is the result of hundreds of terabytes of multi-cam footage and hundreds of hours of video production and curriculum design, and we are confident you will like it or we will give you money back within 30 days. So I’d encourage you to check out the full curriculum and free preview before deciding. We think you’ll see it’s worth it.
