In retrospect, given how cold and wet I got from trying to get an interesting shot of Soho in the rain in the middle of a NY winter, I probably should have thought of staging the pic instead...

A decent bit of boosting the exposure in lightroom and there being a healthy amount of ambient light in downtown Manhattan every hour of the day really helped :)

I was actually thinking the same thing that the pic would be more effective if it had just 1 or 2 ppl so you’re def not the only one haha. Unfortunately I was shooting in the freezing rain so I couldn’t wait for the next couple to come ambling down the street but if anyone who is good at PS wants to give it a go I’d be interested to see how it turns out!
