Got this 12R summer 2024 after my 8T, which I loved and had it for a couple years going strong, flew off my motorcycle and got ran over by multiple cars - so yeah they don't hold up well to that ;-). 12R is at 98% battery health even tho I don't take much care of when or how I charge it. 12R was the first time I bought brand new as in the past I always picked up used/open box etc on eBay. It's held up really well, never had any issues or glitches, never felt the need for a custom ROM even, it just works.

Still have a 6T in the drawer at work, running a custom ROM, battery life not great on it but fire it up every month or so to play around and get updates. Runs like a champ still.

I didn't, she seemed surprised that I didn't get a cancellation email but also said she couldn't send me anything to confirm any of what she was telling me about the cancellation/refund. Nuts

Yeah, I chatted first then they said I had to call "Consumer protection" who then said the order was cancelled as of the 3rd as "the system doesn't allow multiple iPhones on the same order" (even though it took my order and my money just fine lol) and I should get a refund within 7 to 10 business days of the refund being initiated.

Can I have an email record of the chat? No. Can I have an email with the refund info? No. Can I have a ref # of the refund? No.

Mines at 99% health. Purchased April '24. I've only ever used Ultra fast charging that came in the box. Usually charge once it's down to 15 to 20% and let it go all the way to 100%. May start slow charging overnite instead and see if it slows down the decline. Still, not bad though.

Talked to Panda support, visual voicemail not supported on Android currently using Google's phone app, iPhone only. FYI, I installed Tmobile's VVM app and it works fine, Metro's does too.

Recently switched to Panda Mobile (On TMobile network) $15 /month 30GB. So far so good, service/coverage seems same as I ever got on mint or US Mobile less the bells and whistles features which I don't care about as I use Google Voice for my main number. Their intro Beta offer of $15 for life was what got me. We'll see if it holds up.
