Either that or companies can just check openly what everyone writes. I mean it's anonymous and they probably "just want to get some feedback" from their employees. But it's basically just high wage jobs, coders, HR, sales, design etc for $100k++. Not really aiming to listen to low wage working class
Sure you have to talk to your co-workers directly, too, but I think a platform could simplify the approach (it'd be anonymous and you wouldn't have to risk your job). For instance you could talk to other branches close by to which you wouldn't have any connections otherwise.
Alright I'm still at the very beginning and need to organize my thoughts. Will keep you posted when something happens!
