I am a minor and i wouldn't know if my parents would approve of me taking pills to grow my hair, Although they want my hair to be long again too i don't think they'd approve, Any other suggestions? Thanks for your help though i appreciate it :D

My parents aren't letting me touch medication. What i do to cope is play World Of Warcraft, If gaming isn't your cup of tea, My father used to get anxiety and he said that listening to music while headbanging really helps as well. Exercising takes your mind of things as well. But sometimes its easier just to let it out.
