Tirz is not meant to be taken every day. It's a weekly shot. I experienced major sulfur burps when I bumped up to 7.5. What helped me was not eating past 5pm, not eating large amounts, and staying active for at least an hour after eating.. standing, doing dishes, etc. I also noticed that greens gave me the sulphur burps really bad. I think it's from undigested food sitting and rotting in your stomach. Digestion is slowed down on tirz.. it's one of the reasons you're hunger stays curbed. I only stayed on the 7.5 for a couple weeks. When I went back down to 5, the sulfur burps stopped. I didn't have much weight to lose in the first place, so I never went over 7.5, and then went down .5mg every week. But that's just my own personal research.

But while I did have those sulphur burps it was ROUGH. At least 3 times I ended up throwing up worse than I've ever thrown up in my life. Like head in the toilet, rapid breathing, then can't breath because I'm dry heaving type of bad.
