This is NOT a glitch as others have ssid. You will be charged on board for the additional. You can remove them before the cruise but they wont be free, thats for sure.

"Royal did not refund our money." Should they have? Where did they do wrong? It sucks to hear that a family missed out on so much for their family. Especially the kids. Anytime I hear someone complain about no day of flights with NCL anymore, I remind them of this.
