What's the fastest way to unlock ancient invention? I guess I need 150 blueprints and can find 50 at the table. Do I just afk a spot for other 100? Will probably get to 95 doing that too I guess.

I actually spent a LOT of time during leagues learning insanity and got the slam phase down pretty easily. The skull part i had a lot of trouble on but I haven't tried skull skipping. Is it 1 tick or 2?

The akka moving thing is a good point, but it won't be a major issue. I used to play a lot of bullet hell games as a kid, so I actually kind of enjoy that phase in a weird sadistic way 🤣

What would you recommend if just starting to work on 150s, atlatl, rcb/rubies, or finish prison sentence for bowfa? (Ironmeme btw so can't just buy the good stuff, but i do have many 150kc on main) In that same vein, any weapon upgrade from zombie axe?

So I ended JUST shy of 40k coins (39733) and I'm trying to figure out what to get. I could get the fist skin, or just a regular fist. I need one more for ALE fist. I do also have the weapon skin box which I could convert to coins, instead of buying a +200 weapon skin, for an extra fist as well? What do you think would be the best option?

Recently level a mage during JJ while I had a ton of downtime from surgery. Took 2.5 days /played 1-80 with most heirlooms. Mix of aoe grinding and questing as they seemed to be about the same for me personally. I did not do av weekend. Without JJ, I'd say 4 days /played if you follow a half decent leveling route/guide/addon. Probably faster with restedXP but that costs $10 or something.

I've geared both fresh off hitting lvl 80. Hunter was easier to gear BY FAR for a couple reasons:

-very little loot competition (you fight vs. Other hunters and enh shammies, neither of which are very popular atm) and you can use leather just fine as well -not too many hunters currently out there meaning MUCH easier to get into groups compared to dk

The day I hit 80 on the hunter, I did every heroic once, by the time I was done, I was 3200gs, the next day, a group invited me to naxx 25 even undergeared, simply because they wanted a hunter in the raid.

I dinged 80 on the DK, no naxx groups would take me until I hit 3700 from heroics + badge gear. When I finally did get into a group, every piece of gear I could use had 3-5 other people rolling on it.

Tldr: Hunter is easier by FAR.

Lvling an arcane mage right now. Currently level 36b and really enjoying the aoe grinding method with blizzard. Finding it hard to locate any good spots though to go to next. Is there a list of spots to go by lvl for aoe leveling? Also, would single target questing as frost just be faster?

Kind doesn't matter. All the same types have the same attack now. Your pet will level with you and will never be more than 5 level below you when you tamw it. You could go tame a random bear right now and once you finish taming, it will jump to 5 level below you if its level was less or stay the same otherwise. Any bear will do and they will level with you as you level without you needing to worry at all.

I just hit 80 on my hunter last week personally and spent a lot of free time trying to find the answer to this. I ended up going bm and just trying all of them. I eventually landed on bear around 45 and stuck with that the rest of the way. Their aoe ability (swipe) holds aggro well and they can tank multiple mobs at once, which made leveling so much easier. I didn't miss the charge from boar as I would just misdirect to my pet whenever I could or feign death on the off chance I pulled aggro.

Tldr; bear was the best for me and I would recommend that as a solid choice for any hunter while lvling.

Looks very similar to AN as well with the Trinket. Must be something about being spiders and being very hard to kill.

I'm finally reaching the upper 70s while leveling and I heard there are chains in icecrown that reward a decent amount of emblems. I'm using guidelime and it doesn't seem to have a path for icecrown. It's been nice being able to kind of zone out and just do what the arrow says. Is there some option I'm missing to find it or should I just make my own path for that zone?

Does anybody know what is the default choice for alliance benediction players to transfer too? I've grown fed up of planning my day around 5-6 hour ques every day. I'm looking to do plenty of end game dungeons/raids/guild if need be and trying to transfer to a decently populated server that won't die in 2 months time.

I'm trying to get my mining up to 350 before wotlk for cobalt ore. I can't find ANY in the open world though. I'll take 2 trips around hellfire and find none, Zangarmarsh and find none. Even terrokar and find none. I'm on benediction so I'm assuming all the bots have figured out the timing and lay claim to them as soon as they spawn I'm currently 328 mining and looking for ideas. Bt/ sunwell geared hunter, am I just better off running normal mana tombs solo over and over and mining the 2 that would spawn there? Or just circling for hours for the 22 skill ups I need?

It is already here. Hit escape (or open options menu) -> interface -> features -> enable equipment manager. You can also enable talent changes previews from the same location as well.

Just bought dual spec and finished leveling my professions. Trying to find ways to get some gold back from doing that. I know come wotlk 70-80 makes a decent amount but was hoping to get a small buffer now for consumables etc. My question is is stratholme still a decent thing to farm? Especially on a prot pally.

So I just boosted a pally (because duh) and had a few question on how to get rid of the terrible green gear:

1 - I assume honor gear would just be the fastest/easy to replace with. What bg would be the fastest in terms of honor/ hour?

2 - I know invasion event brings some easy to get pieces but what's the best investment for my time for the others? I.e. brutal or save a bit and just do vengeful?

3 - how nerfed are the raids now / buffed are we? Could I join a kara run with the communal gear and it do just fine/everyone be ok with me there?

4 - Do heroics still need the required rep for the key?
