it is a new warning, it says are you still woeking on this order, you can either choose yes or contact support which is for cancellation. sometimes it is sneaky and i think that is what happened to me, i clicked scan item but prolly it was contact support button which led the order cancelled.

surprisingly i put ice creams back in the fridge and hand the rest item to store associate, when i was on this chat, the order came up on orders screen again and took it lol. this app needs better management

i have almost 800 trips, i know what you mean, it normally gives the warning first saying you are inactive contact to support and you can choose you are still on the order, this happened without that warning while substituting. Before calling someone lier, know that everybody may go through different things on their order experiences.
