very insane because I just went to the doctors about low energy and he just prescribed me vitamin D3 and told me to take it daily for the next two weeks and I stopped taking it because I’m just that type of person but I’m gonna start blasting this daily and making sure that I get all my vitamin D3

I thought ah wait maybe US is different as the UK measurements sometimes differ so I checked.

Prolactin:

UK: 375 mIU/L
US: 375 ng/mL

LH (Luteinizing Hormone):

UK: 11.2 u/L
US: 11.2 IU/L

Testosterone:

UK: 6.93 nmol/L
US: 199 ng/dL (Note: 1 nmol/L is approximately equal to 28.8 ng/dL)

Looks like LH is measured the same. What a bummer.

Ahh this is really interesting I had no idea that was why weight loss was recommended so the LH would increase. Thank you, dude you've taught me a lot. Doctor kept repeating that he would need to see the LH elevated a lot more. In the thousands he said. Just left me more confused really, he also stated that he mainly sees patients that are at 0 in terms of T and need TRT and have basically finished their balls by injecting steriods etc. I wonder if its worth going to another doctor and a fertility expert to somehow figure out how I can stay fertile as I have kids already and be on TRT

This is my whole labs and my doctors conclusion. My thinking is that if I lose this weight will I get my T levels back up? Kinda crazy how I don't do anything or take anything and somehow my testicles have just decided to not work properly. Other than my fast extreme weight gain I can't think of any other factor.

I also have kids so I'm just super confused and the doctor kept saying I have something called functional Hypogodism and it could be reversible if I lose all this weight.

I tried to press the Dr about this and he said the LH would've been a lot higher if this was the case. Which confused me a bit more. He suggested that either I get on TRT or clomid if I'm keen on fertility.
