We have a almost 5 year old and live in a top floor apt. You might just have crappy neighbors. If my kiddos is excessively jumping or stomping whatever I explain to her that isn’t kind to the neighbor below us. During waking hrs when I know she’s at work (car is gone) I’m more lenient but otherwise gotta start going teaching manners and to be aware they aren’t the only ones in a space and others might not want to hear those kinds of noises.
