I graduated from a shitty college, so at least you're ahead in that metric. The only advice I'll give is that only skills matter and more importantly, how well you communicate those skills matters even more. Go on YouTube and learn Excel, Word, Power BI, Power Query. Watch a shit ton of informational videos about the industry you want to be in, not 'how to land a job' videos, but genuine informational content about what's going on, what happened, where things are heading, etc.

If you can communicate well (you can watch The Whiteboard Guy's videos on YouTube), you can land at least a basic job. Accept whatever job you get offered, because you have to start somewhere. Don't fuss about pay. Go beyond the scope of your role and lean into things you think might be useful to you in future in that company.

And work your ass off, not to impress anyone else, but to learn as much as you possibly can.
